Pre-register online or print and mail in a hardcopy form with your payment and save money from the “At the Door” price. 
Listed below are the registration rates for the symposium.  Please note that family members receive a discount. Children 17 and under, when accompanied by an Adult Primary Attendee, are admitted free of charge.  Only the Primary Attendee will receive a free Symposium book.
